The Spine Institute of Louisiana is looking for a motivated, highly energetic individual to join our team of professionals. The successful applicant will be organized, have strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task, strong people skills, a solid work ethic and the diplomacy and professionalism to deal with patients and other healthcare professionals. Experience with Next Gen software desired. Applicant must have 3+ years of physician office experience. Duties may include: answering telephone, greeting and scheduling patients, checking out patients, scanning documents, making appointments, verifying insurance, scheduling procedures, and networking with hospitals and other physicians’ offices. Administrative Assistant
The Spine Institute of Louisiana has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals. The successful applicant will have solid computer skills, the ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously, good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and a professional appearance and attitude.

Job Requirements:

• College Graduate
• 5+ Years at an Executive Administrative Level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills involving multiple priorities
• The ability to effectively interact with individuals or groups of people
• The ability to effectively organize materials, set priorities, and provide feedback or follow up
• The ability to complete complex tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong computers skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to quickly learn and implement new computer programs
