Dr. Gleason has completed impairment rating and skills assessment course work sponsored by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians in Dallas; receiving specialized training in the evaluation of disabilities and impairments for workers compensation injuries in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas. He completed his medical education at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans; and residency and graduate training at the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. In addition to private practice, Dr. Gleason has been a clinical instructor at the LSU Health Sciences Center post graduate medical school. His interests and hobbies outside of the Spine Institute include travel to exotic places to include Hong Kong, South America and Hawaii, hunting, and skiing. Dr. Gleason is married to George Anna Powell Gleason and has two sons, Stuart and Griff. |
